Halsey is a pit bull puppy that was abused by the owner's boyfriend in their home. Multiple skull fractures, a broken leg, and other injuries, which caught the eye of a clever policeman visiting the home for domestic abuse. Now she's in good hands and getting the care she needs. The group's words are both therapeutic and wise, because every dog has the ability to overcome and be a wonderful companion if they're given the chance.
